Chat with Noor.
When you use the Noor chat widget on this site, your messages are sent to third-party large-language-model providers to generate a reply. Your conversations are not used to train any AI models and are never sold. The chat session is kept in your browser's local storage only — no analytics cookies are set on this site.
Booking a walkthrough.
When you submit a walkthrough booking — name, phone or WhatsApp number, restaurant name, and your chosen time slot — we store that information and deliver it to our team by email or messaging so we can call you back. It is used for that purpose only.
No analytics tracking.
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Local browser storage is used only to retain your chat session on your own device.
Your rights.
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@onla.app and we will action the request promptly.
UAE data protection.
We aim to follow the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
